Our Guarantee

If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges). OR replace it with another products of your choice

For faulty items, please contact our office, between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday (AEST), on either info@finecraftaustralia.com.au or +61 432 794929 before returning any goods.

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.

Please contact us prior to sending goods back.

  • Finecraft Australia is not responsible for the for freight or customs costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty. We will happily cover any postage costs.
  • No refunds or payments will be made in respect to customs charges or taxes incurred as part of an international return. As per our shipping policy, Finecraft Australia are not liable for any customs charges or duties
  • No refunds will be offered for freight costs where there the goods are returned, but are not deemed faulty. In these cases, only the costs of the goods will be refunded.
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 60 days have elapsed after an order has been returned back to us.

The pictures we choose are standard representative of the product, so the item you purchase will vary from the products pictures.
